What are Saint Lenny's shipping rates?  
Saint Lenny offers flat rate standard* shipping for $11.95 within Australia (*excluding large/bulky or heavy items)

Large, Bulky & Heavy items range between $17.95 - $27.95

 

Does Saint Lenny ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, UK & the US.

International Shipping is available on selected items (large & bulky items are excluded) and charges are calculated by our shipping partner Sendle based on the volumetric weight of your purchase.

  • Please note: because we use couriers, we cannot ship to a PO Box - a physical address is required. All parcels are marked as Authority to Leave & Saint Lenny cannot be held liable for any missing parcels or damaged parcels.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes for which the customer will be responsible.

  • Whilst we typically ship to NZ, the UK, US & Canada, you can contact us directly if you are from abroad and are interested in making a purchase. We can organise a shipping quote for you before you place your order.

 

How long will it take to process my order?  
Saint Lenny makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to fulfill your order ready for shipping.

 

What are your shipping times?  
Whilst we make every effort to get your box of happiness delivered as quickly as possible, we are seeing worldwide delays. Please allow between 2-14 business days (*excluding weekends and public holidays) for your delivery to arrive. If you are in a remote area of Australia, additional time may be required.

During peak times, you may experience longer than usual processing times by our shipping partners and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

International shipping can range between 10-42 days outside of peak times.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Absolutely!

If you would like to pre-order an item that is showing as Sold Out, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page and we will get back to you with an ETA on arrival to see if that works for you and the time frame you need to work within.

Please note, some of our items are international, so the more notice you give us, the greater the chance that we can try and get that product for you in time.

 

Your Privacy
Any personal information that you provide to Saint Lenny - including your name, address, telephone number and email address - will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals. It is purely collected for order processing.

 

Security
Saint Lenny does not collect or record any credit card details provided when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by Shopify, Afterpay or PayPal.
