What are Saint Lenny's shipping rates?  
Saint Lenny offers flat rate standard shipping for $9.95 to both Australia & New Zealand (*excluding large/bulky or heavy items)

For large/bulky or heavy items, a rate of $15 will be applicable.

International Shipping is available on most items (some bulky items are excluded) for a flat international rate of $25.

Please contact us directly if you are from abroad and are interested in a bulky item and we can organise a shipping quote for you before you place your order. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes for which the customer will be responsible.


How long will it take to process my order?  
Saint Lenny makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to fulfill your order ready for shipping.


What are your shipping times?  
Whilst we make every effort to get your box of happiness delivered as quickly as possible, we are seeing worldwide delays. Please allow between 2-14 business days (*excluding weekends and public holidays) for your delivery to arrive. If you are in a remote area of Australia, additional time may be required.

During peak times, you may experience longer than usual processing times by our shipping partners and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

International shipping can range between 10-20 days outside of peak times.

Where do you deliver?
Saint Lenny delivers world wide.

We use multiple courier services, including Sendle, Couriers Please and Australia Post. Because we use couriers, we cannot ship to a PO Box - a physical address is required.


Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

If you would like to pre-order an item that is showing as Sold Out, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page and we will get back to you with an ETA on arrival to see if that works for you and the time frame you need to work within.

Please note, some of our items are international, so the more notice you give us, the greater the chance that we can try and get that product for you in time.


What is your returns policy?
We value our customers and want to ensure you love your purchase, but if for some reason you need to return an item, simply send us an email and we will guide you through the returns process. We accept returns and exchanges within the first 7 days of receiving your order (*excluding sale items).

All items being returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. Once returned to us, we will inspect the goods and issue either a credit note or exchange for the product(s).

Please be mindful shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we strongly encourage a track-and-trace parcel service when returning items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in return shipment.

Saint Lenny reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.


My order was lost or damaged, what do I do?
In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately via email on saintlennystore@gmail.com. For damaged goods, please include photographs of the damage & the packaging your item was sent in.
